​Digital Imaging Technician (DIT)

I have extensive experience as a DIT for feature films, TV, commercials, and music videos. I've worked for major studios, network TV, Fortune 500 companies, ASC cinematographers, and with Grammy and Oscar-winning talent. I'm a dual resident of Los Angeles and New Orleans, and a member of IATSE Local 600.

I work on location as a digital liaison between the camera department and post production. I am responsible for the quality of the footage as it is being shot - I directly control the image exposure and live color grade while tracking and managing the data itself via redundant backups on high speed storage.

In tandem with the Director of Photography, I create looks, LUTs and primary color grades on all footage. I also provide color corrected dailies, sound-synced transcodes and LTO tape archiving for the editorial department. Additionally, I have a comprehensive understanding of modern digital cinema cameras, including ARRI (ALEXA, MINI & AMIRA), PHANTOM, SONY F5/F55, PANASONIC Varicam 35 and RED (EPIC & DRAGON).
